Applying for Seminar Participation
We would absolutely encourage every student who’s interested in our programs to apply for participation using the form below. HOBY New Mexico is a growing organization. We would love for every student to have exposure to our programs, seminars, and workshops. Understandably there aren’t enough resources for every student to participate in our Summer Leadership Seminar.
We are always seeking volunteer support and sponsor contributions to help grow our HOBY programs. And we’re committed to bringing HOBY Community Leadership Workshops (CLeW) to schools and communities throughout New Mexico throughout the year. Each student ambassador who becomes an alumni has the skills, knowledge, motivation and resources to organize a CLeW at their school when they return from our seminars.

3. Applying for Student Ambassador

4. Ambassador Selection Process
Schools may nominate and select candidates based on their own sponsor criteria. We also limit the number of ambassadors participating from any school to five students.
5. Academic & Community Partners
Typically schools and community service partners work together to provide scholarships to ambassadors to attend our HOBY Leadership Seminars. Optimists, Lions, Civitan, Kiwanis, Rotary Clubs, Junior League, National PTA, and GFWC are just a few HOBY partners that provide volunteer and financial support to our student ambassadors.
6. Non-discrimination & Harassment Policy
